At Carolina Therapy Services in Summerville, we believe every child deserves a place where they can learn, grow, play, and thrive alongside a team of dedicated therapists. Located at 1120 Central Avenue in Summerville, SC, our recently expanded clinic offers pediatric Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy for children ages 0-18 in a fun, supportive environment designed to meet kids where they are.

From our sensory gym and dedicated speech and fine motor spaces to our large backyard featuring bike trails, playground equipment, and sensory integration areas, every part of our clinic is designed to encourage confidence, connection, and progress through play. Our growing Lowcountry team partners closely with families to help children build skills, achieve meaningful goals, and develop the confidence and foundations needed for success at home, at school, and throughout their lives.
