At our Selma clinic, we believe that learning, growing, and having FUN go hand in hand! From the moment you walk through our doors, you’ll find a welcoming atmosphere filled with encouragement, creativity, and plenty of smiles.

We proudly offer Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Therapy (ST) to help children develop new skills, build confidence, and reach their individual goals. Whether it’s taking those first steps, learning a new skill, or finding their voice, we’re here to cheer them on every step of the way! We are open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with periodic Friday availability.

We love finding creative ways to make therapy exciting. From playful activities and themed celebrations to everyday moments filled with laughter, our goal is to make therapy an experience children look forward to.

But the fun is only part of what makes our clinic special. We believe in building genuine, lasting relationships with the children and families we serve. We get to know their personalities, share in their excitement, encourage them through challenges, and celebrate every victory—big or small!

We welcome new patients and accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid. Referrals may be made by calling our office at 919-938-9088 or by requesting that your child’s primary care provider send a referral for therapy services.
