The corporate office is located in Dunn, North Carolina. CTS was founded for the purpose of providing therapy to NC's pediatric, adult and geriatric citizens. Currently, CTS offers rehabilitation services to over 25 SNF's, hospital systems, outpatient clinics, home health agencies and schools. CTS employs more than 150 therapists. Physical Therapist

Qualifications: The Physical Therapist must be a graduate of a physical therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association and certified by the American Physical Therapy Association under its requirements and licensed in the state of North Carolina.

Job Description: The Physical Therapist organizes and conducts physical therapy programs for the agency to facilitate rehabilitation. He/she directs client participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. In addition, the Physical Therapist facilitates the learning of those skills and functions essential for promoting independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology. He/she directs activities to promote and maintain health.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Qualifications: The Physical Therapist Assistant must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association. He/she must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of North Carolina.

Job Description: The Physical Therapist Assistant implements physical therapy programs and provides physical therapy treatments to clients to facilitate increased independence and functioning under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Occupational Therapist

Qualifications: The Occupational Therapist must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of North Carolina. He/she must be a graduate of an occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the American Occupational Therapy Association and certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association under its requirements. He/she must be registered and/or eligible for certification by the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board

Speech Language Pathologist


Qualifications: The Speech/Language Pathologist must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice. He/she must be a graduate of accredited Master's level Speech/ Language curriculum certified by the American Speech/Language/ Hearing Association. He/she must possess or be eligible for a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech/ Language/Hearing Association.

Job Description: The Speech/Language Pathologist organizes and conducts speech/language programs for the agency to facilitate rehabilitation. He/she directs client participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. Also, the Pathologist facilitates the learning of those skills and functions essential for communication and swallowing, to diminish or correct pathology. He/she directs activities to promote and maintain health.
